Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?
Yes. Please mail all Checks, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks to:

Please include the order number, product description and shipping information. You will receive a Fedex tracking number via e-mail after your product has been shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for a personal check to clear our account.

Can I pay using PayPal?
We gladly accept PayPal. If you are not already a PayPal member, signing up for PayPal is easy. It takes two minutes, and you will even get $5 when you complete PayPal’s new account bonus requirements. To learn more, or to get started, visit PayPal’s website at: http://www.paypal.com. Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the “Recipients E-Mail” field on the “Send Money” tab of PayPal. Please send payment to our account name: sales@nettechcorp.net. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we will need to properly ship your item. Payment must be confirmed.

Can I pay using a credit card over the phone?
Yes. We will gladly accept payments by ALL major credit cards right over the phone. Please call us (630) 921-2821 to make a payment. Please be advised that we can ship ONLY to the address verified by your credit card company (your statement address).

What other methods of payment do you accept?
We also accept wire transfers. Our wire account info will be given upon request.

Can I pay by C.O.D.?
Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time. Unless you have previous terms with our company. To inquire about setting up terms call us or email us at sales@nettechcorp.net

If I pay with PayPal – will you ship to an unconfirmed address?
Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal’s help center.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide as long a no international trade laws are in violation.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 4:00 P.M.C.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and test them and then prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a Fedex tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting http://www.fedex.com and entering your tracking number.

What shipping methods do you have available?
Our primary shipping partner is FedEx, but we will gladly ship UPS, DHL, or USPS on a customer provided shipping account number.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, FedEx usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover Fedex Ground delivery with insurance for the full value of the product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a corporation based out of MO, we are required by state law to charge 8.31% sales tax when shipping to CO addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup. Pickup is available Monday thru Friday during normal business hours upon appointment with us.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by FedEx. You may call FedEx Customer Service at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and also contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you may also contact FedEx Customer Service and our offices immediately.
